The time of T&A unit is not correct, being faster or slower everyday.?

First connect the unit with the computer in the management software. In Setting Parameters, first set time error of the attendance machine is adjusted automatically every 24 hours to zero and check the time of the unit for 24 hours. If time is faster or slower within 60 seconds, please modify time error of the attendance machine is adjusted automatically every 24 hours. The time error of AV200 or AV300 can also be adjusted directly on the unit (Options – Set Time). If time error is exceeding 60 seconds fast or slow, please contact US.

Q6: The screen of the T&A is OFF. Staff cannot log in/out.

1) The unit is power off. Please check the power supply.

2 ) The unit is in dormancy state.

Dormancy indicates that after a certain period of no operation time the unit will automatically go to sleep mode. The time period can be setup through the management software. In dormancy state, the time is still passing on the display. Please press any key to activate the unit.
