· Check the communication method of the unit (RS232). Setup steps: Enter into management mode (default
password 09999) - enter 990003 - press the right function key. The communication method will be changed to
RS232.

· Check RS232 cable is well and firmly connected. If there is another RS232 cable available, have a try.
· Test to see whether the computer COM works properly.
· Check whether the used COM number is the same as that in the software. Check whether there is any other
program using the COM.
