Answer

Reason 1: The fingerprint was not captured properly.
Solution: Enroll staff fingerprints again. Please put the finger flatly and centrally when enrolling the fingerprint.
Reason 2: Sensor is directly faced with the sun light, which leads to low quality of fingerprint image capture.
Solution: Avoid direct sun light on the sensor.
Reason 3: The fingerprint quality of staff is not so good, with peeling and callus.
Solution: Enroll fingers with comparatively better quality.
Reason 4: Staff does not place the finger properly when clocking.
Solution: Please put the finger flatly and centrally when clocking.
Reason 5: The surface of the sensor is not clean enough.
Solution: Clean the sensor. (Recommended method: Use one-sided adhesive tape to stick on the sensor and then remove the tape.)
Reason 6: Sensor problem. Not good in fingerprint capture.
Solution: Replace the fingerprint sensor
